Return Policy

Damaged or Lost Items (all styles except The Meltdown category)

Unfortunately, this can happen sometimes, but thankfully not very often. For the fastest resolution, please email us a photo showing the damaged area of the Product or inform us if a Product did not arrive within 10 days for domestic orders and be sure to include your name, telephone number, order number, and a brief description of the problem with the email.  In the event the Product is damaged, kindly return it to use within 15 days of receipt.

In most cases, we will replace defective Product simply by receiving a photograph showing the problem with the Product and once the damaged product is sent back to our office.  In the event the Product is no longer available, we will let you know and you can choose another Product of equal or lesser value. Any difference in price will be refunded. 

Other Returns (all styles except The Meltdown category)

We will accept Products for a one-time exchange (for an item of equal or lesser value than the original purchase item) within 15 days of purchase or a full refund.  Products must be returned in new condition with its original package and all tags attached, in re-saleable condition.  For any returns, kindly send an email to care@elisabethsilverman.com with your Order number.  To the extent a refund is owed, all refunds may take 10-15 days to process.  No refunds will be provided until the Product is returned to Elisabeth Silverman.  We, unfortunately, cannot refund shipping charges.

The Meltdown Return Policy

There are no returns or refunds. You are encouraged to mail the earrings back and purchase "Ring to recycle" on our website once you are ready for a new pair.
