Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

We use UPS for all shipments within the United States.  Please allow 2-5 business days for shipments from date of order. For pre-orders, please allow 4-6 weeks from date of Order.

For International orders, we use UPS. Please allow 5-10 business days for shipments from date of order.

Please note: all international orders may be subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country’s taxes, tariffs, and duties.  These fees are not associated with Elisabeth Silverman and are to be paid by the customer upon delivery.  Elisabeth Silverman will not be held responsible for any VAT charges that may be incurred with your international shipment.  If you would prefer to have your international shipment shipped through a different courier service, such as USPS or FedEx, please contact care@elisabethsilverman.com.
