The Meltdown Service

Please choose the style you wish to return and the new style you wish to receive and then simply checkout and mail your earrings back. We will email you our address once you finish checking out.

QUALIFICATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

Please note we will start working on your new earrings only once we have received your return.

We thoroughly check in all earrings to ensure they are Elisabeth Silverman, they are in fact 14KT yellow gold and you have purchased that exact style you are returning from our store originally.

You are responsible for shipping the earrings back to us, so please track them to ensure they arrive. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery on all yellow gold styles

No returns or exchanges once the order is placed, this excludes the Meltdown Service, as you are allowed to purchase and take part in this service as many times as you would like.
